Stoneware throwing with Eva Koj
Clay throwing and ceramic creation for beginners
In this workshop, we'll explore throwing stoneware vessels on the potter's wheel. Under the guidance of ceramic artist Eva Koj, we'll learn step by step how to center the clay and shape simple vessels. Once the basics are mastered, we'll experiment with proportion, form, and surface texture. We'll also explore decorative techniques such as applying engobes to create vibrant textures and color effects on the vessels. Finally, the pieces will be trimmed and finished on the wheel while still leather-hard.
This course is suitable for beginners as well as those with limited experience on the wheel.
